Zero Miss app

Zero Miss (“the app”) is provided by AcemyPrep Private Limited (Ace My Prep), New Delhi, India. This policy covers the app at acemyprep.com/deadlines/app/ and the Android version of it. Our website policy is here.
To work, the app saves the following in your device's local storage. It is not sent to our servers.

We do not ask for or store your phone number, email address, passport details, test scores, transcripts or payment details in the app.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal data.
If you allow notifications, they are used only to remind you about deadlines and tasks you chose to track. You can change this in the app (Alerts → Settings) or in your phone settings at any time.
If you download the calendar file, it is saved to your device and added to your calendar only if you open it. We do not access your calendar.
The app links to official university websites and to Ace My Prep services such as advisor calls and expert reviews. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Because we do not hold your app data on our servers, deleting it from your device removes it completely.
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Your data stays on your device and the site is served over HTTPS. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to see your information in the app.
If we add accounts, cloud sync, WhatsApp or email reminders, we will update this policy before launching them and ask for your consent where required.
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have rights to access, correct and erase your personal data and to raise a grievance.
